BEARS IN STRONG COMEBACK

REDCAR fought back from eight points down to edge out Scunthorpe 47-42 in an eventful clash at the Media Prima Arena.

The Bears are second in the table thanks to a last-heat 5-1 from Jake Allen and Charles Wright, whilst the Scorpions picked up a useful league point.

Allen scored 15 points for the home side whilst Michael Palm Toft added 11. Adam Ellis top-scored with the visitors with 12, and Simon Lambert notched 10+2.
