TIGERS BACK TO FORM
GLASGOW No.1 Chris Harris raced to a 15-point maximum as the Tigers returned to winning ways against Redcar in the Cab Direct Championship.
The Ashfield side defeated the Bears 51-39 with Harris recording five wins out of five, whilst Danish star Claus Vissing was also in form with 13+1.
The result puts the Tigers second in the table, seven points behind leaders Oxford with three matches in hand, whilst the Bears are left in fifth place. Charles Wright was their top scorer with nine.
Glasgow boss Cami Brown said: “A few of the boys are below par but they dug deep to get a very important result against a top team.
“We’ve now won five on the bounce in the league and we needed that result big-time.
“Chris was fantastic again. He really held the performance together. He set the tone coming from third to first in Heat 1.”
