SCB STATEMENT: TOM BRENNAN

FOLLOWING an incident at the Plymouth v Glasgow fixture on Tuesday 22^nd August 2023 after Heat 6 involving Tom Brennan and Nathan Ablitt, it had been reported to the Speedway Control Bureau that Mr Brennan breached the following Speedway Regulation – 

018.2 g) Any act which is violent, threatening or abusive nature to an official, rider or any other person.

The SCB, having viewed footage from the incident, have issued Mr Brennan with a cash penalty due to his actions towards Mr Ablitt and warned him of his future behaviour.

Mr Brennan has 28 days to pay the cash penalty as of the 24^th August 2023.
