PREVIEW: GLASGOW v EDINBURGH (CAB DIRECT CHAMPIONSHIP)

SCOTTISH rivals Glasgow and Edinburgh meet in a rearranged Cab Direct Championship clash at Ashfield tonight (Wednesday).

The Tigers have little margin for error to still be able to reach the top four, as they are currently seven points behind Workington with four matches in hand.

Meanwhile their opponents cannot make the play-offs but will be fired up against their local rivals after winning a Super Heat at the same venue in the BSN Series earlier in the campaign.

Glasgow call up Tom Spencer, who rides for Leicester in the WSRA NDL, to replace the injured Jason Garrad at reserve, whilst Anders Rowe makes his debut after coming in as a 28-day signing for Steve Worrall.

Edinburgh are still without the injured Justin Sedgmen, and they call up Drew Kemp to guest, whilst reserve Max James is unavailable, with Dayle Wood from the Monarchs Academy coming in.

GLASGOW: Chris Harris, Jack Smith, Leon Flint, Matic Ivacic, Anders Rowe, James Pearson, Tom Spencer.
EDINBURGH: Josh Pickering, Kye Thomson, Lasse Fredriksen, Paco Castagna, Drew Kemp, Dayle Wood, Connor Coles.
SCB Referee: Jim McGregor
