PREVIEW: EDINBURGH v GLASGOW (BSN SERIES)
EDINBURGH and Glasgow clash at Armadale tonight (Friday) in the BSN Series with rivalry resumed after their close Scottish Cup battle.
Both teams won at each other’s home track earlier in the season, and the Tigers went on to open their official campaign with victory at Berwick last week.
Oskar Polis makes his home debut for the Monarchs, who bring in Dayle Wood at reserve in place of Max James who has stood down from his place in the team.
Wood lines up at reserve alongside Victor Palovaara, who said: “Obviously, Glasgow beat us last time and we need to turn that around this time, I expect us to do better.
“We want to win every meeting, but you start by winning at home then go from there for the away meetings.
“We know how important all home meetings are, especially against Glasgow, so we need to go do it on Friday and show what we are made of.”
EDINBURGH: Justin Sedgmen, Jonatan Grahn, Kye Thomson, Oskar Polis, Paco Castagna, Victor Palovaara, Dayle Wood.
GLASGOW: Chris Harris, Ashton Boughen, Dan Thompson, Leon Flint, Kyle Howarth, Freddy Hodder, Max Perry.
SCB Referee: Phil Griffin
