POSTPONED: BERWICK v REDCAR (C-KOC)

SATURDAY’S scheduled Championship KO Cup match at Shielfield Park has been postponed due to track conditions and the forecast for the rest of the day. The fixture has now been rearranged for Saturday April 29.

BERWICK host Redcar in their season-opening fixture at Shielfield Park tonight (Saturday) in what has become a first-leg KO Cup tie.

The scheduled clash between the teams on Teesside on Friday was postponed due to the weather and swiftly re-arranged for Sunday afternoon at 5pm.

Rory Schlein makes his Bandits debut and races his first official team meeting in the UK for over a year, whilst Thomas Jorgensen re-joins the club and takes the No.1 position.

The Bears are unchanged from the side which edged out the Newcastle Select team in a challenge match at the ECCO Arena last week.
