GREEN LIGHT FOR MONARCHS

EDINBURGH have confirmed they will continue to race at Championship level in 2024.

The Monarchs endured a tough campaign this year but will be back on track at Armadale Stadium, with supporters being given the good news during the weekend’s annual end-of-season dinner dance.

Co-promoter John Campbell said: “At the end of the 2023 season there were a few points that we had to clarify which we have been working on in recent weeks.

“We are pleased to have resolved these and can look forward to another exciting season in 2024.

“We must aim to return to the top next season in every way. This has been at the forefront of our efforts and will continue to be so. As a club we expect this of ourselves, and we know that is the expectation of our magnificent supporters also.

“The British Speedway AGM is coming up in mid-November and after this we will be able to announce further details of our plans for 2024.”
