BROWN: NOW FOR THE FINAL PUSH

GLASGOW boss Cami Brown says the Tigers’ full focus is now firmly on the Cab Direct Championship Grand Final.

The Ashfield side raced to a sensational victory over Oxford on Tuesday to top Group B of the play-offs and set up a title decider against defending champions Poole.

They go into the Final in good form but also with the knowledge that the Pirates have had the upper hand in recent meetings between the two clubs.

Brown said: “This is only half the job. There’s no more emotion now. It’s about getting the final push right. 

“We’ve got a few days before the home leg. Then we need to focus on doing the same job to Poole. 

“Winning the league is everything. That’s the ultimate goal. We now need one final push.”
