STARS RETAIN KVECH FOR ’26

CZECH Republic racer Jan Kvech has been announced as King’s Lynn’s second signing for the 2026 Premiership campaign.

Kvech, who has been a Grand Prix regular in the last two years, has become a highly popular figure at the Adrian Flux Arena since joining the club midway through the 2024 season.

And Lynn boss Rob Lyon has spelt out Kvech’s commitment to racing in the UK as a major factor in their decision to bring him back next year.

Lyon said: “Having Jan back was a no-brainer for us. He loves being at King’s Lynn, he loves racing in the UK and we’ve got to encourage that.

“Given how much he wanted to be here, he was pretty much nailed-on to be back with us next season.

“Without a shadow of a doubt he could become a top heat-leader for us, and I do expect big things from him.

“He’s had his apprenticeship in British Speedway with a couple of years over here learning the tracks, and hopefully now he’s going to kick on and be that top-end rider that we all know he’s capable of being.”
