PREVIEW: BIRMINGHAM v BELLE VUE (ROWE MOTOR OIL PREM)
BIRMINGHAM boss Chris Adams is hoping for a repeat of last week’s success when his side take on high-flying Belle Vue in tonight’s (Monday) televised ROWE Motor Oil Premiership clash.
The Brummies finally got off the mark for 2025 with their 45-45 win at Leicester last week and are now looking to taste victory at Perry Barr for the first time.
Their first win of ’24 was against the Aces, who went on to take the title and are currently one of three teams on 17 points in the league standings.
Birmingham again operate rider replacement for Michael Jepsen Jensen at No.1 with captain Tobiasz Musielak switching to No.3 under the new averages, whilst the visitors are at full strength and Dan Bewley moves to No.1 with skipper Brady Kurtz reverting to No.5.
Adams said: “It goes without saying that we don’t want that win against Leicester to be a one-off. That was just one meeting, and Monday against Belle Vue is a new day.
“The team were pleased with the win at Leicester, of course they were, and maybe it will help them going into the next meeting.
“But whilst the results might not show it, we’ve had belief from the start. Belle Vue have a similar team to what they did last year; we beat them at home then, so let’s try and do the same again.”

BELLE VUE: Dan Bewley, Norick Blodorn, Jaimon Lidsey, Zach Cook, Brady Kurtz, Tate Zischke, Jake Mulford.
