INGRAM WINS 500cc OPENER

LEICESTER Lion Cubs rider Ryan Ingram won the opening round of the British 500cc Youth Championship at the Hydroscand Arena, Beaumont Park on Saturday.

Ingram defeated Stene Pijper, Charlie Southwick and Jamie Etherington in the Final on his home circuit in the WSRA NDL.

The 250cc class was won by Casper Kluczniak with Lewis Hague taking the honours at 125cc level and Callum Hague winning the Support class.

The series continues on Sunday with the 125cc classes racing at Belle Vue following the Colts’ NDL fixture against Oxford.
