SCORPIONS RETAIN MAIN SPONSORS

SCUNTHORPE have announced the return of title sponsors Ellie Rose Travel for a second successive season backing the Scorpions.

Ellie Rose Travel UK Ltd is a family run business in the East Riding of Yorkshire based on the outskirts of East Hull (Saltend), having operated since 2002.

Promoter Rob Godfrey said: “I’m delighted that the Ellie Rose Travel Scunthorpe Scorpions will take to the track again this season.

“Shane and Mandy Houghton are far to the club than our sponsors – it extends far beyond that. They are very good friends of my wife Gail and myself, and are often up the stadium helping us out.

“They give so much to our club and nothing would give me more pleasure than seeing the Scorpions win some silverware this season, and spreading the name of Ellie Rose Travel UK far and wide.”
