DOUGLAS MEETING TAKING SHAPE

LEICESTER star Ryan Douglas is set to assemble a strong field for his Testimonial Meeting at the Hydroscand Arena, Beaumont Park on Saturday March 22.

Former Australian Champion Rohan Tungate is the latest addition to the line-up which also includes his successor Brady Kurtz, and 2017 World Champion Jason Doyle.

Douglas has also confirmed Tobiasz Musielak, home star Sam Masters and Lewis Kerr for his benefit event.

He said: “It’s an honour to have Doyley in my meeting. I really look up to him and his professionalism in the sport – he’s an all-round good bloke.

“Rohan had a good return to British Speedway last season, and it’s good to have another Aussie mate in my meeting.

“The line-up is starting to come together, thanks to the legends who have agreed to ride, with more announcements coming soon.”
