KURTZ FIRST UP FOR DOUGLAS

NEWLY crowned Australian Champion Brady Kurtz is the first rider to be confirmed for the Ryan Douglas Testimonial meeting at Leicester.

Douglas stages his benefit event at the Hydroscand Arena, Beaumont Park on Saturday March 22 (4pm).

Kurtz ended the 2024 season in blistering form, including leading Belle Vue to the ROWE Motor Oil Premiership title in the Grand Final against Leicester, and he carried that on by winning his national title earlier this month.

Douglas said: “Brady is absolutely on fire at the moment, having just been crowned the new Australian Champion and now stepping into the spotlight with his debut in the GP series.

“It’s awesome to have him ride in my meeting.”
