
LIEBMANN TAKES WOMEN’S OPEN TITLE
CELINA Liebmann produced an unbeaten performance to win the Women’s British Open Final at Leicester on Saturday.
Liebmann, who spent much of the season riding for Workington in the Cab Direct Championship, won her four qualifying rides at the Pidcock Motorcycles Arena, Beaumont Park and then took the honours in the Final.
Teagan Pedler finished in second place with Katie Gordon third after Rachel Hellowell fell on the first lap of the Final.
The British Youth winners in the same meeting were William Cairns (500cc), Cooper Rushen (250cc), Oliver Bovingdon (125cc) and Charlie Fletcher (125cc support).
