250cc YOUNGSTERS AT PLYMOUTH

THE British Youth Championship moves on to Plymouth this evening (Saturday) after the Gladiators’ Cab Direct Championship fixture against Glasgow.

It is the turn of the 250cc class to compete for a British Championship following the first round held at Workington back in May.

Cooper Rushen, who won in Cumbria, will be hoping to continue his success this season having also enjoyed good results in Europe, qualifying for the SGP3 and European 250cc Finals as well as top scoring for GB in the first round of the European 250cc Pairs at Gdansk back in June.

Also part of that team who claimed the runners up position behind the host nation Poland was Seth Norman, who will be going all out to claim some valuable Championship points tonight having had mechanical issues in Round 1.

Archie Rolph, Ollie Binns and Charlie Southwick also compete alongside Devon based Jayden Bailey, making his 250cc competitive debut.

The Young Lions would like to thank the Plymouth promotion and their series sponsors for their continued support of British Youth Speedway.
