GB NAME SON2 TEAM

GREAT Britain have named their line-up for the FIM Speedway of Nations 2 event at Belle Vue on Friday.

GB will be represented in the Under-21 World title showdown by Leon Flint (Birmingham and Glasgow), who captains the team, along with Dan Thompson (Ipswich and Plymouth) and British Under-21 Champion Sam Hagon.

Hagon races for Leicester and Poole in the senior leagues but also has extensive experience of the National Speedway Stadium as part of the Colts team in the NDL.

The meeting features eight nations with Aces star Norick Blodorn representing Germany, whilst Keynan Rew (Ipswich) and James Pearson (Glasgow) compete for Australia.
