EURO TEST FOR YOUNGSTERS

FOLLOWING on from last week’s successes in Europe for the British 250cc riders – with William Cairns claiming a bronze medal in the SGP3 Final and the GB team finishing runners-up in the first round of the European 250cc Pairs – the focus this weekend turns to the FIM European 250cc Championship.

The semi-finals and Final take place this weekend in Debrecen, Hungary where again Great Britian will be represented by Cairns and Cooper Rushen, along with Caydin Martin making his International debut.

It will be a busy weekend with two semi-finals taking place on Saturday where the top eight from each will qualify for the Final at the same venue on Sunday.

Again, the riders have been supplied tyres for the event with the support of the British Youth Sponsors – Nuneaton Speedway Supporters Club, Wessex Marine, Brian Royle, Rentruck, Friends of Speedway, AGF Plant Ltd, Ignite Insurance Brokers Ltd, Northern Scaffolding Solutions, Gordon Pairman and In memory of Speedway Nut.
