PREVIEW: WORKINGTON v GLASGOW (CAB DIRECT CHAMP)

WORKINGTON are back to their regular septet for today’s (Saturday) Cab Direct Championship clash with Glasgow.

The sides meet at the GT Tyres Arena just over a week after a terrific contest in Scotland which sees the Tigers holding a four-point advantage for the aggregate point.

Celina Liebmann is back for the Comets after she missed Friday’s defeat at Scunthorpe for personal reasons.

The Tigers again track Jack Smith as a guest for the suspended Lee Complin, and manager Cami Brown is looking for an immediate reaction after a disappointing home result on Friday against Edinburgh.

He said: “We’ve got to go to Armadale and win to qualify through from the BSN group. But we’re not out of it yet. We will go there fired-up.

“But the boys want to make up for it straight away by getting a result at Workington.”

WORKINGTON: Craig Cook, Tate Zischke, Antti Vuolas, Claus Vissing, Troy Batchelor, Celina Liebmann, Sam McGurk.
GLASGOW: Chris Harris, Paul Starke, Leon Flint, James Pearson, Steve Worrall, Jack Smith, Ace Pijper.
SCB Referee: Craig Ackroyd
