WORRALL SEVENTH IN GERMANY

STEVE Worrall missed out on Speedway Euro Championship qualification after scoring eight points at German venue Stralsund on Saturday.

The Birmingham and Glasgow rider finished seventh in the event from which the top four qualified for the SEC Challenge later this month.

Oxford’s Maciej Janowski, who has had a tough start to life back in the ROWE Motor Oil Premiership, gained a welcome boost by winning the meeting.
