CHAMPIONSHIP PAIRS LINE-UPS

CHARLES Wright will be joined by Danny King as Redcar defend the Championship Pairs title at Oxford on Friday September 1.

The meeting takes place one day before the British GP at Cardiff, and last year the Bears kicked off the weekend in style as Wright and Lewis Kerr raced to victory.

Kerr has switched to the Cheetahs in 2023 and lines up for the hosts at Cowley alongside Sam Masters, with all nine Cab Direct Championship clubs in action.

The top four pairs after four qualifying races apiece will progress to the semi-finals.
