STARS SKIPPER INJURED

KING’S Lynn have suffered a major injury blow with skipper Nicolai Klindt hospitalised after an horrific crash in Poland.

Klindt has suffered a broken neck in two places after being involved in a three-rider pile-up during the Ostrow v Gdansk fixture.

The positive news is that no complications are reported and the Danish star has movement in his arms and legs.

But it comes as another setback for the Stars with Klindt having been their most consistent performer in a tough Sports Insure Premiership season in Norfolk.
