PREVIEW: WOLVERHAMPTON v PETERBOROUGH (Sports Insure Prem)

WOLVERHAMPTON return to full strength in tonight’s (Monday) clash with Peterborough as Luke Becker makes his comeback from injury.

The American has been sidelined for the last four meetings with a broken bone in his hand, but he has declared himself fit to slot back into a Wolves team who still maintain a 100 per cent record at home.

Peterborough are without captain Hans Andersen, with Connor Mountain stepping in to guest at reserve.

Wolves skipper Sam Masters said: “We’re determined to keep our home record going  and keep that ball rolling.

“It doesn’t matter who we’re racing against, we want to keep winning and make sure we’re in good form when it comes to play-off time.

“We’re not quite in there for sure yet but we’ve got ten meetings to go and Monday will give us another good chance to take a step closer.”

Panthers boss Rob Lyon misses the meeting due to a pre-booked family holiday, with former Birmingham chief Laurence Rogers standing in.

Lyon said: “We’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain.

“Wolves have been pretty formidable around there this year and I get the impression that it’s been a lot slicker than in previous years there.

“So it’s a hard place to go to but the boys need to go there with the right, positive approach and give it everything to try and get something out of it.”

WOLVERHAMPTON: Sam Masters, Steve Worrall, Luke Becker, Ryan Douglas, Rory Schlein, Zach Cook, Leon Flint.
PETERBOROUGH: Niels-Kristin Iversen, Richie Worrall, Benjamin Basso, Ben Cook, Vadim Tarasenko, Connor Mountain, Jordan Jenkins.
