MIDDLO: IT WILL GET TOUGHER!

POOLE boss Neil Middleditch has warned his side to be ready for a greater challenge in the weeks to come.

The defending Cab Direct Championship holders have made a dominant start to 2023 with home and away wins over Oxford in the BSN Series and then a rampant victory over Plymouth on Wednesday when they dropped just one point in the first eight races.

Middleditch said: “We made it look easy tonight, but we are going to have some tough matches to come, don’t worry about that. It is not going to be like this every week.

“I have to say though, watching that I was left wondering at one stage whether we could go through the card with 5-1s after that tremendous start, as it was beginning to look that way.

“I just can’t praise this team enough.”
