PREVIEW: PAUL STARKE TESTIMONIAL, PLYMOUTH

PLYMOUTH’S Paul Starke celebrates his Testimonial meeting at the Coliseum tonight (Tuesday).

The 32-year-old started his career with Buxton in 2007 and also had a previous stint with the Devon club in 2008-09.

He has been involved in title wins at all three levels with Poole, Somerset and Dudley/Cradley, and teams representing those clubs are all involved in Tuesday’s event, the latter two as Select sides.

Starke said: “It’s a Four Team tournament so that will be good, and it’s local teams as well.

“I’m really excited about it, everything is getting into place and we’re ready for the day.”
