BRUMMIES HOST U19 FINAL
BIRMINGHAM have been named as hosts for the British Under-19 Final, which will take place at Perry Barr on Wednesday June 28.
The Brummies staged the British Under-21 Final last August and previously held the Under-19 event in 2016 when Max Clegg was crowned champion.
Co-promoter Laurence Rogers said: “After the success we had hosting the British Under-21 Final last year, we discussed things and decided to apply for the Under-19 Final this year.
“It goes without saying that we’re delighted and honoured to be chosen as the host venue and it will be a cracking night I’m sure.
“The nation’s best young talents will be on display battling it out for that trophy – and with reigning Champ Leon Flint no longer eligible for the event, it’s right up for grabs.”
