PAST WINNERS JOIN EDINBURGH FIELD

EDINBURGH have added three former winners to the field for Saturday’s Scottish Open which is set to bring the curtain down on racing at Armadale Stadium.

Monarchs skipper and 2015 meeting winner Sam Masters, 2013 winner Craig Cook and current holder Richie Worrall have all joined a strong line-up for the event, which also includes British Champion Dan Bewley.

Home favourite Josh Pickering and top heat-leaders Chris Harris and Richard Lawson are also included – along with Aaron Summers, who started his UK career with the club in 2007 and is set to retire at the end of the season.

The Monarchs have planned a 22-heat schedule starting at 6.30pm with a spectacular firework display at the conclusion of racing.
