PREVIEW: MILDENHALL v KENT (NDL)

MILDENHALL and Kent are both forced into changes for today’s (Sunday) vital NDL clash at West Row.

The two sides are sixth and fifth in the table respectively and are looking to gain ground on fourth-placed Oxford.

The injury-hit Fen Tigers bring in Adam Roynon to guest for concussion victim Sam Bebee, whilst rider replacement is in operation for James Shanes and unattached Jacob Fellows replaces Matt Marson.

Meanwhile Dan Thompson guests at No.1 for the Royals with Alfie Bowtell ruled out, and the visitors operate rider replacement for Sam Woolley.

Fen Tigers boss Malcolm Vasey said: “It’s certainly been backs against the wall time for us lately with the shocking run of injuries and cruel luck we’ve experienced – but the way we battled against such adversity last Sunday to get so close to winning despite being down to just four fit riders shows what this team is made of.

“We know exactly what we need to do in these next four fixtures and intend to get off to the start we need by beating Kent on Sunday.”

MILDENHALL: Jason Edwards, Jacob Fellows, James Shanes r/r, Jack Kingston, Adam Roynon, Josh Warren, Luke Muff.
KENT: Dan Thompson, Sam Woolley r/r, Danno Verge, Jamie Halder, Ben Morley, Chris Watts, Connor King, Luke Harrison (no.8).
