WITCHES FANS SUPPORT RIDERS

KIND-HEARTED Ipswich season ticket holders have donated an impressive sum of £3,797 to assist their riders with their equipment costs in the coming season.

Those who purchased a season ticket for the cancelled 2020 season but chose to roll over their ticket for the 2021 campaign were entitled to a partial refund due to a reduced Premiership calendar this year, but also had the option to donate it to the Ipswich Speedway Supporters’ Club.

Many decided to take up that option and the money will now go towards helping the riders, and those supporters will be recognised in the club’s raceday programme and get to meet and have official photographs taken with their riders of choice.
