PREVIEW: BEN FUND BONANZA, PETERBOROUGH

BRITISH’S Speedway’s popular fund-raising event, the Ben Fund Bonanza, takes place at Peterborough today (Sunday, 2pm).

Back on the calendar after its absence in 2021 due to the pandemic, the meeting is crucial to the SRBF’s efforts to assist riders who have suffered serious injury whilst racing.

And Panthers owner Keith Chapman is delighted to stage the meeting in aid of a great cause.

He said: “The line-up is superb, that’s enough to attract plenty of fans, but it’s an honour for Peterborough Speedway to host and support this wonderful charity.

“I sincerely hope the venue is thriving with fans looking forward to their first taste of competitive racing in over five months. Everyone will be warmly welcomed.”
