Report
OXFORD remain on course for the NDL play-offs after an emphatic 65-25 win over Armadale at Cowley.
Skipper Jordan Jenkins (13+2), Nathan Stoneman (13+2) and Henry Atkins (11+1) all scored paid maximums for the rampant Chargers, for whom all seven riders secured at least one paid win.
Tom Woolley top-scored for the Devils with eight, whilst Lee Complin was the visitors’ only race winner.
Jenkins said: “It was a great team performance from us. Armadale might not be the strongest team on paper, but we still had to beat them, and we did it well.
“Every one of our riders had strong races during the evening, and with three of us ended up on paid maximums, it shows how strong we’ve been tonight. Plus a 65-25 win is good for our pockets!
“We’ve now riding regularly around here for the rest of the season, and it’s just what we need, because we can find a bit of consistency.”
