PREVIEW: MILDENHALL v KENT (NDL)
MILDENHALL finally get their home NDL campaign underway when they host Kent at West Row today (Sunday).
The Fen Tigers have moved to bring in former favourite Connor Coles to guest for Jason Edwards who is on Championship duty, with ex-Mildenhall rider Ryan Kinsley leading the opposition.
Mildenhall boss Malcolm Vasey said: “This should be an excellent advert for NDL speedway, and with no speedway taking place locally this week hopefully fans will flock to Mildenhall Stadium on Sunday.
Kent include Tim Colley at No.4 in place of Kelsey Dugard.
“As we have had to declare our team on Tuesday and at that time Jordan’s (Jenkins) situation was not fully known our team will line up in a rather different format than usual, but I feel strongly that this is the best way to deal with the situation we were in at the time.”
MILDENHALL: Connor Coles, Jordan Jenkins, Elliot Kelly, Luke Ruddick, Sam Bebee, Sam Hagon, Luke Muff.
KENT: Ryan Kinsley, Jacob Clouting, Dan Gilkes, Tim Colley, Alex Spooner, Josh Warren, Jake Mulford.
