KING’S Lynn have added former British Youth Champion Sam Hagon to their asset base.

Hagon won the 250cc title in 2019 and has made an impressive start to his National Development League racing with Mildenhall this season.

He said: “I think it will be good for me in the long run especially with King’s Lynn being a top-league club. It will be a great experience whenever they give me a chance in the future because they’re a great club.

“My Grandad had a good career in the sport, but I’m trying to step away from that and make a name for myself just to prove to people I can do it my own way without having to live up to family connections.”
