DOYLE RIDES FOR MIDDLO

2017 WORLD Champion Jason Doyle is the latest rider to be named for the Neil Middleditch Testimonial at Poole on August 31.

Doyle made over 100 appearances as a Pirate between 2005 and 2011, but has not appeared at Wimborne Road for three years.

Middleditch said: “I’m so pleased to welcome Jason to my meeting and thrilled that he has accepted the invitation.

“I have such great respect for his achievements, and I can’t forget how he helped us to an Elite League title in 2011.

“Of course, now he has moved on to be a truly World Class rider and a deserved World Champion. He remains a force in the top echelons of World Speedway and I’m proud to call him a great friend.”
